All cottages are detached buildings for privacy and have an ocean view
A further 10% reduction on all of the above rates will be applied
for a minimum 7 nights stay

Rate Inclusions
- all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks)
- all drinks, including alcoholic beverages
- transfer fees between Codrington Village and North Beach
Rate Exclusions
- Rates do not include airfare to/from Barbuda or any tours booked through North Beach
Surcharges/Taxes
Minimum Stay Requirements
- 2 nights minimum, year-round, except
- 5 nights minimum during Holiday Season (19 December - 03 January)
Reservations
Deposits
- A 10% deposit is required at time of booking, the remainder of the balance is due upon arrival
Cancellations/ No-Shows
- Holiday Bookings during 19 December - 03 January need to be cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival, after which NO refunds are allowed
Complimentary
- Chaise lounges and beach towels are provided
- Use of Sailboats, Kayaks and Snorkeling equipment, free of charge
- All meals and drinks are also included in your room rate
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations for rooms must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid losing your deposit
- Holiday Bookings during 19 December - 03 January need to be cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival, after which no refunds are allowed
